5-axis CNC machining centre with moving gantry structure. Designed for milling, drilling, thread cutting and cutting on bars or large workpieces of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general . The high power electrically-driven spindle with HSK-63F tool holder allows machining operations, including heavy-duty work, with optimum results in terms of speed and accuracy.
The 12-place tool magazine is installed behind the moving gantry structure, the 300 mm blade is housed separately in a specific blade magazine. The machine can be used in double mode so as to minimize machine downtime, as it is possible to change the workpiece (load/unload) in “concealed” time. The dynamic double operation version can improve further on this feature, positioning the vices independently from the portal movements. It is also possible to machine different workpieces between the two work areas. The gantry is provided with a guard which, besides protecting the operator, also reduces the noise impact on the environment.

1.Adopt Italinan OSAI axis CNC control system with RTCP function,imported servo motor and driver,so can make sure the function of fast position and stable working.
2. All operations, such as routing, drilling, tapping, thread milling, notching and sawing, are performed while the profile bar is stationary to protect the profile surface.
3. The on-board tool magazines ensure that tool changing times are kept short, thereby optimizing machining cycles.
4. One magazine can be equipped with 12 standard tools .An additional magazine for the saw blade,diameter 300mm.
5. Two separate working zones enable machining in shuttle operation. Secure access with safety fences and light barriers.
