The high-speed drilling and milling center WSZH-CNC-3200 is suitable for aluminum doors and windows and curtain wall installation hole, water tank, and the keyhole shaped hole, tapping and end milling. Using the German PA control system, the intelligent CNC system and the simple and intuitive human-computer interface make the operation more convenient and quick. The rotary table can be converted between three positions at -90, 0 and +90 degrees, and the milling process can be accomplished by one Clamping.
1. Equipment Features
1.1 This machine is designed for processing round holes, slots, keyhole etc on aluminum profile, windowdoor and curtain wall industry, it is also suitable for processing milling, chamfering,engraving plane surface and other procedure.
1.2 Main spindle adopt aircooling electric spindle, 6KW power, 0~18000/min , have the function of high precision, high safety and high reliable.
1.3 The CNC system is equipped with professional graphics library, profile library, simple operation and high efficiency.
1.4 Imported guide rail, sliding block, X axis adopt high precision oblique gear and rack driving. Y and Z axis adopts high precision ball screw drive. The drive is stable, so can improve the precision of whole machine.
1.5 The worktable can overturn 180°.-90°~0°~+90°,Clamping one time profile can realize three faces processing, When processing deeply hole (hetero type hole ), it can realize deeply hole processing through overturn worktable, so can highly improve processing efficiency.
1.6 Adopt manual pump oil supply system, blades adopt system control spray cooling device.
