WJM-CNC-600*4200 CNC Double Head Saw is equipped with 600mm saw blade and the cutting heads are tilting automatically and independently both inward and outward. Left cutting unit is stationary, while the right one is motorized and moves along the whole length of the saw. Blade feed direction is from back to forward.
1. Feature
1. 600mm diameter large saw blade is used to cut wide aluminum alloy profiles, suitable for different areas, such as windows and doors, curtain walls, industrial aluminum profiles.
2. Two saw heads are adjustable, 45°, 90° free to cut profiles.
3. The feeding system adopts imported linear guide rail pair, which has high precision and good stability.
4. Automatically open the protective cover for safe operation.
5. The machine is controlled by Delta CNC, moving the cutting length and replacing the saw head are automatic. With printing function, it can print code or configuration file information.
